What’s Tom Selleck’s Memoir About?

You Never Know opens with a dramatic car accident Tom was involved in at 17 on Los Angeles’s Mulholland Drive. The memoir then chronicles his life from college at the University of Southern California, his draft into the Vietnam War in 1967, to his rise as an actor. It highlights his Emmy-winning role as Thomas Magnum in Magnum PI, his recurring role as Monica’s on-again, off-again boyfriend Richard on Friends, and his current portrayal of Frank Reagan in Blue Bloods.

What is Blue Bloods About?

Blue Bloods features Tom Selleck as Frank Reagan, the patriarch of a family deeply embedded in New York City law enforcement. Since the show’s 2010 debut, it has been a standout for CBS in terms of both ratings and acclaim. The series follows the Reagan family, with Frank as the New York Police Department Police Commissioner, his eldest son Danny (Donnie Wahlberg) as an NYPD detective, his youngest son Jamie (Will Estes) as an NYPD sergeant, and his daughter Erin (Bridget Moynahan) serving as an assistant district attorney.

Unfortunately, CBS announced the cancellation of Blue Bloods in November, and its final episodes are set to air this fall.
