Kevin Costner is reportedly being missed by the cast of Yellowstone.

An insider recently told Life & Style that the American actor and filmmaker has left a significant gap among the show’s cast members. According to the source, “They’re caught between a rock and a hard place because they want to stay in Taylor Sheridan’s good graces.”

The insider continued, “But some of them really miss Kevin and feel it was a huge mistake not finding a compromise.”

Costner, who portrayed John Dutton III from 2018 to 2022, was noted for his commanding presence on the show. The source added, “Certain cast members are already asserting themselves more than before.”

Before concluding, the source praised Costner, stating, “When Kevin was part of the cast, he was the undisputed alpha and very much the leader. Since his departure, things have become quite unsettled.”
