Tom Selleck was reportedly emotional on CBS Sunday Morning about the potential end of “Blue Bloods” after just 14 seasons. Seriously? That’s the equivalent of two successful series!

With a net worth estimated at $45 million—likely even higher—Selleck claimed he needs to keep working to maintain his lavish 63-acre ranch in Ventura, California. Come on. And now TMZ is jumping on this bandwagon.

Let’s be real: Tom Selleck isn’t about to lose his ranch. Meanwhile, CBS Sunday Morning seems to have lost its perspective. After rambling on about “Magnum PI” and how he lost the role of Indiana Jones in “Raiders of the Lost Ark,” they completely overlooked a significant point:

In 2018, Selleck stepped down from the board of the National Rifle Association after 13 years of supporting their agenda, having been a member for decades before that. Isn’t that worth mentioning in this so-called interview?

Also, just a side note: Selleck earned $5 million a year for “Magnum PI” and made a substantial amount from the “Three Men and a Baby” films, among other projects.
