Kevin Costner and Ex Christine Baumgartner Keep Their Distance at Son Cayden’s Graduation

Kevin Costner and his second ex-wife, Christine Baumgartner, kept their distance during their son Cayden’s high school graduation in Santa Barbara, California.

The “Yellowstone” star, 70, and the handbag designer, 51, were both present to celebrate 18-year-old Cayden’s milestone on Thursday but made no effort to interact during the ceremony. Costner was seen sitting in the stands alongside his daughter Lily, 38, while Baumgartner was seated separately.

After the graduation ceremony, both parents posed for photos with Cayden—but separately. Costner, dressed in white jeans, a white button-down shirt, a tan jacket, brown boots, and sunglasses, smiled as he posed with his son, who had his arm around him.

Cayden later joined his mother for a photo on another part of the school grounds. Baumgartner wore a brown midi dress paired with white strappy heels as her son held up his diploma for the snapshot.

The cool reunion came nearly two years after the former couple finalized a high-profile and contentious divorce. Costner and Baumgartner, who married in 2004, announced at the time that they had reached “an amicable and mutually agreed upon resolution of all issues pertaining to their divorce proceedings.”

Since the split, Baumgartner has moved on with financier Josh Connor. A source shared that she is now “beyond happy to be in a committed and loving relationship with someone who shares her same values.”

Meanwhile, Costner has been linked to several women, including singer Jewel. However, the “Hidden Figures” actor has denied rumors of a romantic relationship, stating the two are simply friends.
