Kevin Costner appears to have found love again, this time with wellness entrepreneur and filmmaker Kelly Noonan Gores — a blonde beauty who seems to be just his type.
The pair reportedly began dating over the summer, and while their relationship is still under the radar, sources say the two share a strong connection.
One detail that has caught public attention is their significant age gap: the Yellowstone star is 70 years old, while Gores is 46 — a 24-year difference.
Despite the age difference, the two seem to have a lot in common. Gores is deeply passionate about fitness and the outdoors. A fan of paddle boarding, surfing, and wakeboarding, she often shares her water-based adventures on social media. In fact, she once wrote, “Water is my medicine,” highlighting her love for lakes and oceans.
Her Instagram feed frequently features her active lifestyle and time spent in Malibu and Lake Michigan with her young children.
Rumors of a romance between Costner and Gores began swirling after both were spotted — albeit separately — at the JAS Labor Day Experience festival in Snowmass Village near Aspen. According to an insider, the couple also spent time together in Aspen in late July.
“Kevin is dating and happy again after a very dark time in his life,” the source shared. “He’s been seeing Kelly, and they’ve been keeping things private. She’s exactly his type — into the outdoors, fitness, long walks with dogs. She’s also a mom, and Kevin loves kids. He says she’s just ‘chill,’ which is exactly what he needs right now.”
Gores was previously married to billionaire businessman Alec Gores, 72, from 2016 until their separation in 2024. Alec Gores built his fortune through leveraged buyouts in the tech sector and helped popularize SPACs through his firm, The Gores Group.
Costner’s new relationship comes after the finalization of his highly publicized divorce from Christine Baumgartner earlier this year. The former couple, who married in 2004 and share three children, ended their marriage in 2023 when Christine filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.
Following a contentious legal battle, Costner was ordered to pay $63,209 per month in child support — significantly less than the $248,000 initially requested by Baumgartner. She was also ordered to vacate Costner’s $145 million beachfront estate in Carpinteria shortly after the split.
Baumgartner has since moved on and is engaged to financier Josh Connor, who proposed in January 2025.
Meanwhile, Costner has stayed busy professionally. After stepping away from the hit series Yellowstone, he shifted focus to his passion project, the multi-part Western epic Horizon. The first installment received mixed reviews, but the actor remains committed to the saga.
Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan is continuing to expand the franchise with several new spinoffs, including projects starring Luke Grimes and Kelly Reilly.
