Kevin Costner, 70, Reportedly Dating Billionaire’s Ex-Wife After Messy Divorce from Christine Baumgartner
Kevin Costner appears to be moving on following his difficult split from Christine Baumgartner. The 70-year-old Yellowstone star is reportedly casually dating Kelley Noonan Gores, the ex-wife of billionaire businessman Alec Gores.
Costner and Noonan were introduced through mutual friends and have been spending time together casually. Though they’re not in a serious relationship yet, sources say they’ve recently enjoyed each other’s company in Colorado. Both actors often visit Aspen and share overlapping social circles. Costner currently lives in Carpinteria, California, while Noonan resides in Manhattan Beach, about 100 miles away.
This new relationship comes nearly two years after Costner’s high-profile divorce from Baumgartner. The former couple, who were together for 23 years (married for nearly 19), finalized their divorce in 2024 after a contentious legal battle involving their $145 million Santa Barbara estate and child support arrangements. Costner now pays more than $63,000 per month in child support and covers tuition and medical expenses for their three children: Cayden (18), Hayes (16), and Grace (15).
Following their split, Baumgartner has moved on as well and is engaged to financier Josh Connor. Interestingly, their daughters are friends, which helped bring the families closer.
Costner’s romantic life has been under the spotlight since the divorce. He was briefly linked to singer Jewel after they were seen together in Aspen, though she reportedly rejected him, which affected him emotionally. He was also spotted socializing with Jennifer Lopez earlier this year, shortly after her divorce from Ben Affleck was finalized.
Kelley Noonan Gores, 46, is an actor-turned-filmmaker and wellness brand entrepreneur. She married Alec Gores in 2016, but they announced their divorce in late 2024. They share a six-year-old daughter named Riley. Despite their split, Noonan has described Alec as her “best friend” on her podcast.
Neither Costner nor Noonan has publicly confirmed their relationship, and sources say they are taking things slow and enjoying each other’s company without rushing into anything serious.
