KEVIN COSTNER CHALLENGES JUDGE IN INTENSE SEXUAL HARASSMENT LAWSUIT

Kevin Costner is appealing a judge’s decision in a lawsuit filed by stuntwoman Devyn LaBella over an alleged unscripted rape scene filmed for Horizon: An American Saga – Chapter 2.

LaBella claims she was subjected to a “violent, unscripted” scene in May 2023 while working as a double for actress Ella Hunt.

Earlier this month, the judge dismissed two of her ten claims — including one for sexual harassment — but allowed eight others to move forward. Costner’s legal team is now seeking to have the remaining claims thrown out as well.
