“Audiences Can’t Get Enough of Kevin Costner’s 85% Rotten Tomatoes Western Thriller – Watch It for Free!”

Kevin Costner will forever be associated with his iconic role in Yellowstone, the hit series created by Taylor Sheridan that led to multiple spin-offs starring stars like Harrison Ford and Tim McGraw. However, after Yellowstone wrapped its third season, Costner took on a different Western project that is still captivating audiences today. Alongside Diane Lane, he starred in Let Him Go, a 2020 psychological thriller that has resurfaced on free streaming charts five years later.

The film follows a retired sheriff (Costner) and his wife (Lane) as they set out to find their only grandson while grieving the loss of their son. Let Him Go earned an 85% score from critics and 76% from audiences on Rotten Tomatoes, and it currently holds the #5 spot on Freevee’s most popular movies list.

Directed by Thomas Bezucha, Let Him Go is based on Larry Watson’s novel of the same name. Bezucha’s directorial career includes Big Eden (2000), The Family Stone (2005), and Monte Carlo (2011), with his most recent work being two episodes of Fargo (2020). Since Let Him Go, Bezucha has not directed any feature films, though his work continues to resonate with viewers.

As for what’s next for Costner, he’s set to star in the upcoming adventure thriller Headhunters, alongside Chloe East and Sam Corlett. The film follows a group of surfers in search of the perfect wave, only to encounter an ancient tribe. Additionally, Costner will appear in Horizon: An American Saga Parts 2, 3, and 4, though release dates for the sequels are uncertain after the first film underperformed at the box office. His role in Horizon marks his return to the big screen since Let Him Go, not including a small uncredited appearance in Zack Snyder’s Justice League.
