“‘Blue Bloods’ Final Episodes: Debi Mazar & Peter Hermann Reunite for ‘Younger’ Throwback”

It’s the beginning of the end for Blue Bloods. The final season is about to start, and with it comes a first look at the last episodes, including plot details for the Season 14 Part 2 premiere.

TV Insider previously revealed that Debi Mazar and Mira Sorvino would guest star in these final episodes, and the first photos give a sneak peek at their roles. Mazar makes her debut in the premiere alongside her former Younger co-star, Peter Hermann, who reprises his guest role as Jack Boyle.

The final episodes of Blue Bloods begin airing on October 18 at 10/9c on CBS. The premiere episode, titled “Life Sentence,” is described as follows: “The Reagans’ professional lives collide when an allegation of jury tampering against Erin becomes entangled with Danny and Baez’s homicide case, and Eddie’s connection to a child murder witness. Frank finds himself at odds with his friend and confidant Archbishop Kearns over the death penalty, while Jamie’s stolen car leads him to team up with his nephew, Joe Hill, to retrieve it.”

The episode will also feature guest appearances by Stacy Keach and Will Hochman. The new gallery from the Season 14 Part 2 premiere shows:

  • Tom Selleck as Frank Reagan, sharing a moment with a smile.
  • Debi Mazar as Eveline Ramano, the no-nonsense Queens District Attorney investigating Erin. The photo captures a tense interaction between Eveline, Erin, and Anthony Abetemarco (Steve Schirripa).
  • Peter Hermann as Jack Boyle, joining the Reagan family dinner alongside Frank, Danny, Joe (Hochman), and Sean (Andrew Terraciano). Despite their divorce, Jack and Erin maintain a caring relationship.
  • Donnie Wahlberg as Danny Reagan, paired with Marisa Ramirez as Maria Baez. The photos suggest that their homicide case may intertwine with Erin’s legal troubles.
  • Will Estes as Jamie Reagan and Len Cariou as Henry Reagan, sharing a drink together.
  • Vanessa Ray as Eddie, who forms a bond with a child witness, connecting her and Jamie to Erin’s case.
  • Ian Quinlan as Officer Luis Badillo, potentially meeting the child witness in a scene with Eddie.

As the final season unfolds, tensions rise, and the Reagans find their personal and professional lives intricately linked.
