“Donnie Wahlberg and Jenny McCarthy Share Clear Message About Baby Plans After Blue Bloods Finale”

Donnie Wahlberg and Jenny McCarthy are one of Hollywood’s most adored couples. The pair, who met in 2012 and tied the knot in 2014, celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary last August, and their love continues to grow stronger.

During a joint interview, Donnie, 55, and Jenny, 52, opened up about their future plans. After wrapping up the 14th season of Blue Bloods, Donnie shared how much he cherishes their life away from the spotlight. The couple currently lives in a mansion just outside of Chicago in St. Charles, Illinois. When asked about the possibility of expanding their family, Donnie expressed that while they had hoped for more children, they are content with their blended family. “We wish we could have [more children], but it seems like we waited our whole lives for each other. Now, we’re a happy blended family. We’ll live through the grandkids,” he said.

Jenny, who is currently a judge on The Masked Singer US, agreed, adding, “We’re both on the same wavelength: No more babies.” Donnie, a father of two, shares sons Xavier, 31, and Elijah, 23, from his previous marriage to Kimberly Fey. Jenny has a 22-year-old son, Evan, with her ex-husband John Asher. Evan, who was diagnosed with autism, lives with them and their five beloved dogs in St. Charles.

Donnie also shared that the thought of divorce is “not something that is even remotely possible” for him and Jenny. Reflecting on the key to their lasting marriage, Donnie explained that they’ve always made each other a priority. “When we started dating, I sent her flowers all the time. Why would I stop now just because there’s a ring on her finger? I try to put even more care into it now than when I was trying to win her heart,” he said.

2024 was a significant year for Donnie. Not only did he mark a decade of marriage, but he also said goodbye to Blue Bloods after 14 years. In a heartfelt Instagram post in December, Donnie expressed his gratitude to fans, saying, “There is, of course, a sadness in saying goodbye to #BlueBloods. But what a heck of a ride we had together!” He continued, “My heart is full. I can go on forever about you [fans], but it’s time to stop writing and simply let these memories live. I thank you. I love you. I appreciate you. I salute you.”

With Blue Bloods now behind him, Donnie has focused on new projects. He’s set to co-host the upcoming true crime spin-off series Very Scary Lovers, alongside Jenny. The show will air on Investigation Discovery on February 2. Donnie and Jenny also produce the series through their company, Work Baby Productions.
