“First Look: The Dutton Siblings and Rip Wheeler Shine in ‘Yellowstone’ Season 5, Part 2”

With Kevin Costner stepping away from his role as John Dutton, the second half of Yellowstone Season 5 (premiering November 10 on Paramount Network) will see familiar faces rising to meet the challenge.

This week, USA TODAY has exclusively unveiled first look photos showcasing Monica Long (Kelsey Asbille), Tate Dutton (Brecken Merrill), and Kayce Dutton (Luke Grimes), John Dutton’s youngest son. Additionally, we get a glimpse of Cole Hauser as Rip Wheeler and Kelly Reilly as Beth Dutton, who could potentially steer the series into its next chapter.

Montana Attorney General Jamie Dutton (Wes Bentley) returns alongside Lynelle Perry (Wendy Moniz), the former Montana governor who has now been elected to the U.S. Senate. John Dutton had previously replaced Perry as Montana governor earlier in Season 5.

Other notable characters include Rip Wheeler (Cole Hauser) with Carter (Finn Little) and Thomas Rainwater (Gil Birmingham) with his right-hand man, Mo Brings Plenty.

Kevin Costner confirmed in June that he would not be returning to his role as the patriarch John Dutton.
