How Tom Selleck’s Family Is Reportedly Reacting to His Recent Situation

Tom Selleck is reportedly struggling with the transition after wrapping up his long-running role on Blue Bloods, and it seems his family is becoming increasingly worried about him. Having enjoyed a successful career in Hollywood since his breakout role in Magnum P.I., Selleck’s recent plans to retire and focus on his ranch have raised some concerns.

An insider revealed that instead of relaxing, Selleck has been overworking himself with home repairs and land maintenance, taking on physically demanding tasks that might not be suitable for someone of his age and build. “He’s pushing himself too hard,” the source said. “He’s lifting, climbing, and handling most of the repairs on his own, which could be risky. At his age, a fall or injury could have serious consequences.”

Despite his family’s and friends’ suggestions that he hire help, Selleck remains stubbornly independent, preferring to tackle the tasks himself. Rumors had previously circulated about Selleck potentially losing his ranch after Blue Bloods, but he seemed determined to maintain it, indicating that he might not fully retire from acting as expected.
