Kevin Costner, 70, Embraces Single Life Amid Jennifer Lopez Romance Rumors

Yellowstone star Kevin Costner finalized his divorce from his second wife, Christine Baumgartner, last February after 18 years of marriage. Having just turned 70, Costner says he isn’t actively seeking a new relationship as he enters this new chapter of his life.

Despite recent rumors linking him romantically to Jennifer Lopez, a source close to the actor revealed that he is “in a good place” and enjoying quality time with his family and friends. Over the past few months, Costner has also been connected to other notable women, including Sharon Stone, Jewel, and January Jones.

Costner feels comfortable remaining single and isn’t looking to settle down anytime soon. “He is not seriously involved with anyone and isn’t necessarily looking for anything more right now,” the source added. “Kevin is down-to-earth, authentic, and somewhat old-school in his outlook. He has many interests and enjoys staying busy when he’s in that mode.”

Lately, Costner has been spending a lot of time with his children and his dog, focusing on family life.

Baumgartner filed for divorce on May 1, 2023, citing their separation date as April 11. The divorce proceedings were contentious, resulting in a judge ordering Baumgartner to vacate Costner’s $140 million Santa Barbara estate.

After leaving Yellowstone amid a dispute with the show’s creator, Costner directed and starred in the first installment of his Western epic, Horizon: An American Saga, which unfortunately flopped at the box office. The second part of the film was pulled from theaters and is expected to be released directly on streaming platforms.
