Kevin Costner, 70, Finds Love Again with Blonde Bombshell Kelly Noonan Gores, Who Bears a Striking Resemblance to His Ex-Wife
Kevin Costner has endured a difficult and very public divorce from his ex-wife, Christine Baumgartner, last year.
However, it appears the 70-year-old Hollywood actor has found love again, quietly dating blonde bombshell Kelly Noonan Gores, 46.
Fans have noticed that Kevin seems to have a “type,” as Kelly bears a striking resemblance to his ex-wife. Both women are 20 years younger than Kevin and share similar facial features, making the resemblance uncanny.
Rumors about Kevin and Kelly’s romance first surfaced last week after they both attended the JAS Labor Day Experience festival in Snowmass Village near Aspen—though they appeared separately.
An insider revealed, “Kevin is dating and happy again after a very dark period in his life. He’s been seeing Kelly and they were together in Aspen in late July. He’s keeping it very low-key because he doesn’t want things to spiral out of control.”
“She’s exactly his type, and they have a lot in common — love for the outdoors, sports, surfing, and long walks with dogs,” the source added. “She has young kids, which Kevin loves, and he thinks that’s adorable. He describes her as ‘chill,’ which is exactly what he needs right now.”
Kevin’s new relationship comes after he finalized his divorce from Christine in February 2024, following a bitter legal battle. The couple, who married in 2004, share three children together. Christine filed for divorce in 2023, citing irreconcilable differences.
As part of the settlement, Kevin was ordered to pay $63,209 per month in child support — a significant reduction from the $248,000 Christine initially requested. The fallout also forced Christine to leave Costner’s $145 million beachfront estate in Carpinteria just two months after filing for divorce.
Christine has since moved on and is now engaged to financier Josh Connor, who proposed earlier this year in January.
Tensions between Kevin and Christine remained palpable as they attended their son Cayden’s high school graduation in June. The two maintained a frosty distance, with Kevin appearing to ice out his ex, while their son smiled awkwardly for photos during the event in Santa Barbara.
Though more than a year has passed since their legal battle, it was clear the rift hasn’t fully healed. The exes avoided any direct interaction, quietly putting their differences aside for the sake of their son.
An insider shared, “They knew the other was there but neither made an effort to interact. The good days are long gone.”
“The day was about Cayden and celebrating his achievement,” the source added. “Both parents put their differences aside for him. Kevin’s issues with Christine didn’t interfere with the festivities.”
“Kevin loves his kids and made sure to keep his personal issues away from the celebration,” the insider concluded.
