Kevin Costner is currently “casually” dating director Kelly Noonan Gores. The two were recently spotted together after being introduced through mutual friends. A source shared that while “Kelly is seeing Kevin, it’s very casual,” and that she finds him “wonderful and interesting.”

Gores, 46, recently went through a divorce from her husband Alec Gores in 2024. The couple had been married since October 2016. On her Heal with Kelly podcast in January, she opened up about the emotional difficulty of the separation, calling it “excruciating” and describing the previous year as the “hardest” of her life. She and Alec share a daughter, Riley, 6.

Despite her new relationship with Costner, a source emphasized that dating isn’t a top priority for Gores at the moment. “She’s focused on her daughter and her health,” the source explained, noting the challenges she faced in the past year, including her separation from Alec and a house fire in Pacific Palisades.

As for Costner, 70, he finalized his divorce from Christine Baumgartner in February 2024 after a lengthy and public legal battle. Baumgartner, 51, filed for divorce in May 2023, citing “irreconcilable differences.” They had been married for nearly 20 years, and share three children: Cayden, 18, Hayes, 16, and Grace, 16. Baumgartner is now engaged to financier Josh Connor, a longtime friend and former neighbor of the Costner family. A source close to Costner shared that he’s in a good place after turning 70, enjoying time with family and friends and not actively seeking anything serious at the moment.

Costner and Baumgartner were last seen together at their son Cayden’s high school graduation in Santa Barbara, Calif., though they posed separately for photos.
