“Tom Selleck Urges CBS to ‘Come to Their Senses’ and Renew ‘Blue Bloods'”

Tom Selleck isn’t ready to bid farewell to “Blue Bloods.”

The 79-year-old actor, who has starred in the popular CBS series for the past 14 years, expressed his hope that the show won’t end as planned this year. In an interview with CBS on Sunday, Selleck conveyed his belief that the network might reconsider and renew the show for additional seasons.

“We’re the third-highest scripted show on broadcast TV. We’re leading the night. All of us on the cast want to continue,” Selleck shared.

His new memoir, “You Never Know,” is also hitting the shelves this week.
